
马海斌,男,致公党员,理学博士,教授级高工;目前主要从事高效的高级氧化污水处理技术开发、除磷脱氮多孔功能性滤料的开发利用,环境监测仪器开发及系统集成,环境友好防水堵漏材料及施工方法的开发等科研工作;近几年主持省部级、市厅级科研项目10余项,发表核心期刊以上高质量论文10余篇,授权国内发明专利10余项,国际发明专利1项。同时兼任巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心化学品和废物环境管理智库成员,山东省环境影响评价和危险废物评审专家、环境司法鉴定专家,山东省能源发展(节能)智库专家,潍坊市应急管理专家、潍坊市职业健康卫生技术评审专家等社会职务。
